15 Day Returns
If you are not completely happy, you can return your purchase within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and returned with its certificate, invoice and original packaging.

- Customised, engraved or resized pieces
- Gold coins and gift cards
- Products bought during clearance sales
Lifetime Exchange
Exchange any FANCYCARAT jewellery at any time. We offer 100% of the prevailing gold value and 90% of the diamond value on exchange.
Lifetime Buyback
We buy back our jewellery at 90% of the prevailing gold value and 80% of the diamond value, minus applicable taxes.
How to Return
- Write to hello@fancycarat.com or call us with your order number.
- We will arrange a free insured pickup from your address.
- After quality check, your refund is processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
