Choose your piece, select metal and size, add it to your bag and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately.

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery on orders up to Rs. 50,000.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, made-to-order pieces go into production and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping is free and fully insured on all orders above Rs. 5,000 across India.

Ready pieces are dispatched in 2–3 working days. Made-to-order and customised pieces take 10–12 working days.

You can return unworn jewellery in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Customised and engraved pieces are not eligible for return.

Yes. You can exchange any FANCYCARAT piece at any time for the prevailing gold and diamond value.

All diamonds above 0.30 ct come with IGI or GIA certification. Every piece is also BIS hallmarked.

Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds, created in a controlled environment.

Clean with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Store each piece separately in its pouch and remove jewellery before swimming or exercising.
